Lock Up+

Building to Lock Up+ includes, trailer, fully insulated plywood floor, wall and roof cassettes serving as both the building structure and interior finish. Fully wrapped (building membrane) and clad exterior walls and roof with windows and entry door installed.

Lock Up+ also includes any electrical and plumbing ‘roughed in’ ready for completion to your own design and requirements.

Turn Key

Building to Turn Key includes fully finished internal walls, ceilings and flooring. Lighting and all fixtures and fittings installed.
