Our Story
Founded by designers Rhodri and Richard, Room was born from a shared passion for innovative design and craftmanship. With backgrounds in product and architectural design, they set out to rethink how small spaces are created, combining craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern technology.
Our modular building system enables both on-site and off-site construction, adapting effortlessly to different environments and project needs. By merging time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovation, we craft spaces that balance form and function, beauty and durability.
Every Room build offers the freedom to customise, whether you’re creating a tranquil backyard office, a welcoming guest retreat, or a fully equipped tiny home. The result is a design-forward, environmentally conscious structure built to last and made to fit your life.
Vision
At Room, our vision is to simplify the way people build and live, creating beautifully crafted, sustainable spaces that adapt to modern life. We believe good design should be accessible, efficient, and enduring. By merging precision manufacturing with timeless craftsmanship, we aim to redefine small-scale living through structures that are thoughtful, functional, and built to last.
